We can design and manufacture a range of specific items to suit the requirements of our diverse client base. Below are a few examples:
One of our clients, a well known bed manufacturer, requested a run of illuminated sign boxes pre-finished and supplied with light fittings. They needed to have removable fronts to allow for the signs to be changed and each box differs in size. We designed these light boxes to be sturdy but lightweight, using a combination of tulipwood and MDF. Our client was very happy with the result and has since placed repeat orders.
A returning client wanted a loured roof box for a stable conversion. Our highly-skilled design team looked at the size and the weight aspects of the job before deciding upon the best possible construction methods. Using a mixture of Sapele hardwood and Marine plywood, the frame and louvre sections were assembled ready to fit directly onto the stable roof.
An intricate project that we were excited to be involved with was a replacement bridge. Due to the size and scale of the required timbers, we had to machine, assemble and finish the bridge in sections for ease of transportation from our factory to the site which has limited access.
